Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by ordering any of our products.

  • By placing an order at WSM-arts, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parent's permission to buy from us.

  • WSM-arts will handle all personal information you provide us with or that we obtain as responsible for the personal data.

​

  • The new artwork owner has only the right to have the design/drawing as artwork.

​

  • The new artwork owner has no right to use the artwork's design for any advertising purposes or commercial purposes without reference to WSM-arts.

  • The applicable price is set at the date you place your order.

​

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

​

  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

​

  • Please note that local charges may occur.

​

  • WSM-arts is not responsible for delivery failures caused by the shipping company.

Return Policy

  • You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.

​

  • If the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.

​

  • Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the return cost.

​

  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

​

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

​

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • WSM-arts will handle all personal information you provide us with or that we obtain as responsible for the personal information.

  • The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to WSM-arts and will not be shared with other parties.

  • You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request WSM-arts to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the WSM-arts Conditions, you agree to the above.

Payments & Local tax

  • All products remain WSM-arts property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parents permission to buy from WSM-arts.

  • All transfers conducted through WSM-arts are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

  • Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
